Effective today, the AABC is no longer associated with the Hotel Planner National Youth Baseball Championships (NYBC) held in Memphis, TN at Gameday Baseball.
AABC was one of the original 8 organizations that worked together to provide a World Series for the 8 organizations individual World Championships, in conjunction with Eddie Einhorn. Each organization was represented by their individual champion to play in the championship World Series.
The philosophy of the AABC is a league based organization that provides teams the ability to advance as they win by earning the right for post season participation. The NYBC altered their methods of advancement last year and will continue to expand in 2013 via play in tournaments, and thus no longer be a tournament of champions.
The AABC wishes the NYBC continued success while searching for methods to continue to provide the best 12 year old baseball via a tournament of champions.
